How do I return an item for refund?

To start a return, you will need to contact us at . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ Service as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us. Please note that we do not cover the cost of postage and we would recommend that you keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

 

Can I exchange my item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

How long will my return take to be processed?

Please allow 5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, contact your bank or card issuer. If it has been more than 7 business days, please contact us, and we will look into the refund for you!

 

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully? 

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get a further email saying your order has been despatched.

 

I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please firstly check your junk mail and then contact our customer service team who will be able to assist.

 

My order hasn’t arrived.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date you placed the order before contacting our customer service team, if your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe then please reach out and we can investigate this for you.
